No, if for whatever reason the work due to be carried out can not be completed, you will not be charged anything.

Q?Do you charge for call outs?

No, call outs are 100% free. If you want work doing, we will come out free of charge to asses the work needed.

Q?How much is it for a quote on some work?
A.

Quotes are absolutly free. If you want some work doing we will come out for free and give you a completly free quote.

Q?Do you charge if work has been carried out on an appliance to diagnose a fault in order to give a quote for repair?
A.

Yes, an hourly rate charge is applied, or we will agree a fixed price before work commences.

Q?Are you covered by public liability insurance?
A.

Yes, all work carried out is covered by public liability insurance.

Q?Do you give appointments?
A.

Yes you can visit our contact page to get in touch and arange a appointment AM or PM.

Q?Do all your boilers come with a standard warranty?
A.

Yes. Most of them come with a 2 years warranty, selected Models have 5,7 and 10 years warranties.
